Incheon Youth Culture Festival in 2018

The Millennium Cultural Festival, hosted by Incheon Metropolitan City and organized by the Incheon Cultural Foundation, 

started in 2016 with the goal of creating a festival with the citizens, created by young planners and young artists, and celebrated its third anniversary this year.

The 3rd Incheon Youth Culture Festival (Hi, Yoouth Festival)

It is a festival in the form of a rookie contest, and it is an event that helps new artists with little experience in the art world 

to build up their early careers by providing a space for presentation and a small creative subsidy.

2018년 3회를 맞은 인천청년문화대제전

인천광역시가 주최하고 인천문화 재단이 주관하는 천년문화대제전은, 

청년기획자와 청년 예술가들이 만들고 시민과 함께 축제를 만들자는 목표를 가지고 2016년 시작되어,  올해로 3회를 맞이하였다.

제 3회 인천청년문화대제전(Hi, Yoouth Festival)은

신인공모전 형식을 가진 축제로, 경력이 많지 않은 예술계 신인들에게 발표 공간과 함께 소정의 창작지원금을 지급하여

초반 경력을 쌓을 수 있게 도움을 주는 행사 입니다.
